Tabelle zur Chemikalienbeständigkeit von Schläuchen
Die nachfolgend dargestellten Daten basieren auf Untersuchungen, die bei normaler Umgebungstemperatur (20 °C) und bei Kontakt mit Reagenzien bzw. chemischen Substanzen in normaler oder hoher Konzentration durchgeführt wurden.
Es ist zu beachten, dass diese Angaben lediglich als Richtwerte zu verstehen sind, da die chemische Beständigkeit wesentlich von der Konzentration des Reagenzes, der Umgebungs- und Medientemperatur, der Kontaktdauer sowie von den inneren Spannungen in Kunststoffbauteilen beeinflusst wird.
In der nachstehenden Tabelle werden folgende Kennzeichnungen verwendet:
- + beständig – geringe oder keine Gewichtsveränderung; nur geringer Einfluss auf die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Kunststoffs.
- * bedingt beständig – im Laufe der Zeit treten eine deutliche Verschlechterung der mechanischen Eigenschaften sowie Gewichtsveränderungen auf; in vielen Fällen ist ein kurzzeitiger Kontakt möglich.
- – nicht beständig – bereits nach kurzer Einwirkzeit wird das Material deutlich geschwächt, einschließlich eines erheblichen Verlusts der mechanischen Eigenschaften und einer Gewichtsveränderung; der Einsatz des Materials unter diesen Bedingungen wird nicht empfohlen.
